I'm sorry, but I find it quite hypocritical that the agency members who had to be sent by their boss to find a kidnapped colleague are now acting like such good people, giving the mafia's victim a warm welcome. In fact, the contrast with the mafia scenes is quite telling, where they openly know they won't be protected, but at least among themselves they remain loyal to Akutagawa and are willing to help him even if it means risking their lives. I must remind you that Kunikida did not get on the ship to help Atsushi fight Akutagawa, or to rescue the new member. From then on, we learn more about Kenji, a member of the agency. His personality is extremely innocent... and that's about it.

Kenji absolutely folding that gang was hilarious 😂💥 Meanwhile, Higuchi’s struggle over Akutagawa felt really painful 🖤😭 This episode balanced heart and violence so well🔥

I can’t really explain Higuchi's loyalty but it’s probably like some family who adopted you and made you feel worth it. It’s kind of emotional and the realization just hits me differently. Kenji has always been funny to me but seeing him again makes it worse T_T. Atsushi and Kenji duo is like the best and worst duo and Atsushi's expressions are sending me.

A flashback reveals how Kyoka Izumi first became involved with the Armed Detective Agency. As she quietly follows Atsushi during a mission, small moments hint at her uncertain feelings about her future.

In the mafia, Akutagawa-Ryuunosuke suffered major injuries and faces a scenario requiring help, fortunately, Higuchi responds. In the agency, Atsushi supports Kenji in an investigation. Kenji's story and power mechanics is revealed during the chaotic and wholesome segment.

EPISODE CONTEXT

Episode 11 serves as the critical bridge between the intense abduction arc of Episode 10 and the season finale, shifting from survival mode into consequence and decision-making territory. The focus on Kyōka's fate and the Port Mafia's internal fractures deepens the character dynamics that have been building all season. Everything here is calibrated to raise the emotional and narrative stakes heading into Episode 12's conclusion.
