The Armed Detective Agency is still on the run from the Hunting Dogs, but not all hope is lost. Detective Ranpo Edogawa has a plan to prove the Agency's innocence and save the world from chaos: to find and capture Kamui—the leader of the terrorist organization Decay of the Angel. In order to determine Kamui's whereabouts, Ranpo and his colleague Atsushi Nakajima must convince Ouchi Fukuchi, the renowned captain of the Hunting Dogs, for amnesty. Fyodor plans continue to crumble as he gets outclassed by Dazai in the end as it was all a ploy to get more information
Once again, we are able to witness that genius that is Dazai himself. The elevator situation had traps set in place to prevent any sort of hope and he still finds a way to adversity. This last for not long as Sigma ends up getting tricked by Fyodoor max ends up telling Chuya to Cary out some devasting orders. If that’s not bad enough, Fukuchi is now able to control One Order has all the pie use are in place for the grand finale.
Very somber between Fukuzawa and Fukuchi as this is their first meeting since the revelation of Kamui. Feels reminiscent of Kakashi Vs Obito as friends have turned to foes in the same sense. Over in the prison, we realize why Fuodoor was so calm during Nikolai’s gane as he had the vampire of Chuya rescue him. This leads into Fyodoor laying a life or death trap for both Dazai and Sigma who overcome it brilliantly
