Ellie doesn't joke about when it comes to revenge. This was completely brutal.

That campfire turn was legitimately insane. Going from her sweet smiling Elly persona to summoning Beelzebub to melt those guys alive had me stunned. The flesh melting off the bones was surprisingly graphic for this show.

Episode Context

Episode 7 arrives at the midpoint of the season, and the tone here is expected to carry the dramatic momentum built from the fortress confrontation in Episode 6. Elizabeth Leiston's story has always balanced righteous fury with calculated strategy, and this episode likely continues that tension. Expect the series to maintain its blend of high-stakes fantasy and personal vendetta, with Elizabeth's grimoire powers and her bond with Mireille remaining central to the emotional core. The pacing at this stage of the season typically shifts from setup toward escalation, meaning confrontations feel heavier and decisions carry more consequence. Fans of the show's revenge-driven drama should find this episode consistent with the series' established voice.
