It's an episode about Princess Feena adapting to school life. The plot is straightforward with nothing intense or unique that happens. Watch it if you care about the storyline, skip it if you only want to focus on episodes with interesting events
The biggest weakness of Episode 2 is the significant drop in pacing after such a promising opening episode.
