📖 SYNOPSIS

Marin, a junior high school girl with a sunny disposition, has her life upended when a mirage appears in the sky, bringing killer androids called Monomakia from Brigadoon to Earth. Seeking refuge, Marin discovers a blue bottle containing Melan Blue, a sword-wielding, gun-slinging alien who becomes her protector. Set in 1969 Japan, they must work together to survive the Monomakia's attacks while also dealing with family issues, school prejudice, and the police. As they fight, Marin and Melan Blue must learn to trust each other, unraveling the mysteries of Marin's past and Melan's unexplained mission. The anime features a colorful cast of friends and enemies as they strive to save the Earth.
