I know this ep kinda focuses on introducing Metal, but my favourite moment is actually when Shikadai is talking with Shikamaru and Temari. I guess it's because we don't get much of this family moment on the OG show. I hope there are more moments like this to come in the series.

Simple but fun episode. Good character moments and some solid teamwork scenes.

One interesting thing here is how the academy setting expands the new generation cast while slowly hinting that something strange is happening around the village. Mostly setup, but still engaging.
