With zero knowledge of what I am watching. I am actually expecting nothing. Then upon seeing this first episode, what totally got me is the animation, it's really good for an old anime. This gave me Nier Automata plot vibes by just listening to the music and theme! So far so good!

Had zero expectations and it was still way simpler than I anticipated. Totally caught me off guard.

Episode Context

As Episode 1 of 24, 'Game' is pure foundation, no prior episodes precede it, and its entire purpose is to establish the cast and the central contract that drives the series. The agreement struck with Kokopelli here is the axis around which all 23 episodes rotate. Episode 2, 'Zearth,' picks up the consequences of that agreement immediately, marking the transition from setup to the show's darker, more relentless dramatic territory.
