A movie that brings about what occurs when a government restricts the media to control the youth, and the resilience that can come from those oppressed groups. Adding elements of the supernatural and biological warfare adds interesting elements. Very gory, so be cautious. Beautifully animated with a good score that creates tension and suspense.
