I really wish they spent the whole time on the soul society mystery instead of this weird impostor game because seeing soifon try to help yoruichi was actually cool and then it just cut away back to ichigo and the others being confused and orihime was acting so out of character that it just made the whole thing feel super off and boring

the way they have orihime being so mean and suspicious is super weird and it does not fit her personality even for a filler arc episode

it is annoying how the show keeps interrupting the actual plot for these mini games and the mystery of the missing classmate was not even interesting

watching renji be a total clown was the only decent part, but this game format is getting old and the clues are impossible to follow

I hate how they teased that stuff with yamamoto and the soul society gate just to go back to this boring detective game that no one can even figure out

I am so done with these games and why is Orihime acting like a total jerk to everyone because it makes zero sense for her character at all

that impostor game was basically impossible to solve and it felt like a waste of time and it would have been better to see more of what soifon was doing in soul society

renji acting that goofy was actually hilarious and it made the whole group look suspicious for a second but these filler episodes are starting to drag on way too long

Renji getting his shirt pulled by Ichigo was funny, but the rest of this episode is definitely skippable. The Soifon and Yoruichi subplot seems way more important than what is happening at the school

The mystery has no logic and the writers just picked a name out of a hat for the impostor. It is hard to care about the stakes when the rules of the game feel completely random

I am really struggling with the Bount arc and this episode was particularly rough because the impostor game felt so rigged against the audience and there was no way to guess Chad was the fake and the whole thing felt like filler for the sake of filler and I wish we got more of the Gotei 13 drama and less of this boring game

Renji and Ichigo arguing is the only reason to watch this and everyone thinking they are related because they have the same brain cell is gold. The actual Bount plot is just not interesting though

The lack of clues in this detective game made me feel like my time was being wasted. I just wanted to see more of what Yoruichi and Soifon were doing back in Soul Society instead

You can see the Chad reveal coming from a mile away and it feels like a waste of time. The show is stalling with these games and it makes the pacing feel sluggish

It is so frustrating when the plot ignores the Soul Society stuff with Yamamoto and Soifon, just to focus on this boring game. You can tell this whole arc is going nowhere fast

I found the scene where Ichigo accidentally starts pulling at Renji's clothes hilarious and they really do act like chaotic brothers. It was the only thing that kept me from turning the episode off during the filler

The impostor game is dragging on and the mystery is impossible to solve because they never give any clues. You just wait around for a reveal that ends up being totally predictable in the end

The imposter concept is already feeling tired and having the characters walk around aimlessly looking for Chad is not a fun way to spend twenty minutes. This entire arc needs to pick up the pace fast

The mystery with Yamamoto and the Soul Society felt like it was going somewhere, but then we just went back to the school. It is frustrating when the show teases actual plot and gives us filler.

Watching Renji get flustered when Ichigo started yelling at him to strip in front of the class was great. The comedy between those two usually lands even when the rest of the episode is pretty boring

EPISODE CONTEXT

Falling within the anime-original Bount arc, this episode picks up after the group navigated the labyrinth trap in episode 66 and continues their confrontation with the modified souls. It serves as a bridge to episode 68, 'True Identity of the Devil, the Secret which is Revealed,' where the antagonists' true nature starts coming into focus. As a filler episode, it's skippable for viewers tracking only canon material, but it feeds into the arc's escalating tension.
