Uryu definitely has the worst luck out of everyone in the group right now because he literally sacrificed his entire future as a Quincy just to stop Mayuri, and then the guy just liquefies himself to escape. It makes the victory feel so hollow when that monster gets to live another day and poor Nemu has to deal with him still
