Aizen's face when Ichigo just *stood* there, totally unbothered by his attacks, really cemented for me just how far Ichigo had come. I felt such a surge of satisfaction seeing Aizen's supreme arrogance finally crack, thinking he was dishing out damage only for Ichigo to remain untouched.
