Tensa Zangetsu looks so different as a kid and seeing the Hollow form come back with that Vasto Lorde mask is actually terrifying

I really need to know what Gin is thinking because he just stands there watching Aizen mess with Ichigos friends and it feels like he is waiting for something

Episode Context

Coming off an episode where Ichigo's fighting spirit faltered under Gin's provocations, this installment pivots entirely to preparation, marking a turning point in Ichigo's resolve. Sitting at episode 302 of 366, this falls deep into the Arrancar saga's endgame, where every scene is building toward the final confrontation with Aizen. The training introduced here leads directly into Ichigo's encounter with Tensa Zangetsu in the following episode, making this essential connective tissue for the arc's climax.
