I gotta say, Koga's whole descent was so infuriating to watch, seeing him morph into the exact kind of monster the Soul Society had condemned him for, all because Ginrei wouldn't grant him the credit he desperately wanted. It makes me wonder if his centuries of imprisonment just stewed that pride into an even more destructive, self-fulfilling prophecy.
