Renji using kido to blast his own sword shards at Zabimaru was such a smart move and seeing him outthink Saru and Hebi like that felt so good

Episode Context

Picking up directly from Episode 235's Hisagi-versus-Kazeshini battle, this installment escalates the Zanpakutō Unknown Tales filler arc by running multiple Shinigami-versus-spirit confrontations simultaneously. It deepens the thematic groundwork laid across the arc, the fractured bonds between Soul Reapers and their blades, while building toward the larger reckoning with Muramasa that shapes the episodes ahead.
