Kibune looks like he is struggling with that weird sword and Kira finally catching up to him was a long time coming even if the fight felt a bit slow

Episode Context

Sitting deep in Bleach's filler stretch, Episode 183 follows the reveal of Captain Amagai's true capabilities in Episode 182 and pushes the Third Division's internal discord to a breaking point. Kibune's true nature begins to surface here, directly setting up Episode 184's continued exploration of his conflict with Kira. This is a pivotal mid-arc episode that bridges the Amagai arc's setup phase into its climactic stretch.
