The pacing of this episode is just alright and kinda stagnant. Surprisingly, it kinda pulls off at the latter part, which is great for the upcoming episode!

This was an interesting episode, too bad it reaffirms Blade's notion on vampirism. Unlike the previous episode where the characters were practically strangers who had sad moments, here we get a better backstory, motivation, and emotional weight which was missing from the last episode. The fight scene was practically missing from this episode, mostly just still images., and fights happening off scene. This time around this episode didn't need to be carried by action, since you can tell the focus was on the side character of this episode.
