Though it is second to the last episode, it still shows a good fight between Kelvin's party and opposing party. It's also surprising the Efil has someone look a like.

Rank S exam episode?? Yes please. This is the kind of set piece the whole season has been building toward and it delivers. Watching Kelvin operate at the level the exam demands is deeply satisfying. If you've been patient through the slower episodes this one pays you back with interest.
