EPISODE REVIEWS

The most important scenes within this episode were the ones with the elves (their flashback) and all. I wonder why Licht's wife looks like Mimosa though??

Episode Context

Sitting at the midpoint of the series and squarely within the Royal Knights Arc, Episode 87 follows the reflective tone of Episode 86's backstory on Yami and the Black Bulls' origins, now pivoting toward forward momentum. The formal assembly of the Royal Knights marks the transition from tournament results to active mission prep. Everything here directly sets the table for Episode 88's push toward the Eye of the Midnight Sun's stronghold, making this a critical bridge between character development and the arc's major offensive.
