EPISODE REVIEWS

Damn I didn't realize this much happened in such a short span of time! We've already burned through 2 whole arcs with more coming. This episode signifies the next will be the big confrontation with the Eye of the Midnight Sun we've been waiting for.

The very end of this episode shows a talk with Yami and the Wizard King + some snippets for building anticipation; not that significant but helps ease into the next arc.

Episode Context

Arriving directly after the Witches' Forest arc, where Asta's arms were restored and a magic stone was secured, episode 66 functions as a breather recap that organizes what the heroes know about the Eye of the Midnight Sun. It bridges the gap between that intense stretch of battles and the next wave of threats facing the Clover Kingdom. As a recap episode, it doesn't advance the plot but ensures the groundwork is solid for the conflicts ahead.
