Vanessa's flashback was so cool to watch! She never came off as elusive or that interesting to me beforehand, just the drunkard senior. Her free nature and light-spirited attitude has a completely different vibe now, with that story.

I could not take the FInral-Vanessa technique with Asta seriously lol, he was playing zipline trying to throw off Vetto. How did they even come up with that.. it did work though, so I guess it was effective. Their adaptability to Yami's words was admirable as well.

Turns out Finral is from a royal family as well?? The twists and turns in this story is amazing. I had disliked his cowardice and flirty behavior beforehand, but it seems to come from a place of constant ridicule and feelings of inadequacy in his childhood.

Watching Finral and Vanessa basically act as Asta's arms and legs while he just focused on swinging that massive sword was really cool

I think watching Vanessa and Finral use their magic to fling Asta around the room was the coolest teamwork we have seen so far in the series

Vetto is absolutely terrifying and he just eats every attack like it is nothing but man some of those long shots looked pretty rough and stiff during the big fight

Vetto just will not stay down and it is getting kind of ridiculous how much damage he takes without dying

I really felt for Yami having to just sit there and watch his squad get wrecked while he was stuck behind that wall. Asta basically carries the morale of the whole team, and seeing Finral and Vanessa actually trust him enough to teleport him right into Vetto's face was incredible. This was the best teamwork we have seen so far

Finral actually has some depth now, since seeing his struggle with being a non-violent noble makes his support magic feel way more heroic than before

The way Gauche and Grey and Charmy all showed up to distract Vetto was such a cool moment and that mirror magic combo with the Asta clones worked perfectly
