Looks like everything antagonistic so far ties back to the eye of the midnight sun! The ominous build towards this cult-ish group makes them feel really mysterious, although the anticipation feels rather dragged out because of how long the mystery has taken a backseat.

The reveal with the nun lady was sickk, I bet the battle is gonna heat up from here, everything's already so intense. The image of Fugeleon as a kid was a little uncanny to me for some reason though.

Baro's whole body horror and golem imagery was horrifying, the way it shifted the tone of the battle was impressive though. It immediately instilled some much needed stakes and changed the directory of the main groups' outlook on the situation.

I really cannot get over how much of a trash person Gauche is being right now and leaving Asta and Sister Theresa to deal with those monsters alone was just cruel. He thinks he is saving his sister but he is just being a coward and it makes me hope that the Crimson She-Leopard shows him how a real knight acts

I was honestly caught off guard by Sally appearing and her creepy lab vibes really changed the mood of the fight. It feels like the stakes just jumped up a ton because she actually seems capable of hurting the squad and she clearly enjoys it way too much. Plus seeing Sister Theresa fight back was such a cool twist for an old nun.
