I'm sorry (I'm not), the villains for this filler arc are pathetic. They stand there and acknowledge that the Magic Knights were taken over during the invasion, yet still claim it's all their fault; make it make sense. Anyway, as for why this episode is rated so low for me, it's because nothing happened. It was just a bunch of conversations that went round and round, saying nothing of value and filibustering to get the episode to twenty-three minutes and forty seconds. At least there might be some action next episode.
