Binchou-tan has such a peaceful vibe that I ended up smiling the whole episode. Her simple daily routine, the beautiful mountain scenery, and her unique little habits make for a relaxing start that feels gentle, cozy, and unexpectedly comforting.
Honestly, I think this anime inspired Kotaro Lives Alone. There's barely any talking, but the writing tells everything through a super slow pace that never feels boring or dragged, all brought to life by soft visuals.
This episode had a lot of laid back scenes of Binchou-tan. Even though not much happens in the episode, I found a lot of her scenes to be really sweet when it shows what she does on a daily basis. I also really liked the soundtrack because it reminded me of music from old cartoons, it gave the episode a warm and nostalgic atmosphere.
