Emotional character moments with unexpected heart breaking end

Episode Context

Coming off the grueling Warden's Exam in Episode 11, where Team Persona had to collectively prove their worth, Episode 12 smartly pivots to individual growth by letting each Blader fight solo. This shift from team endurance to personal expression creates breathing room while deepening character investment. It also directly sets up Episode 13, 'The First Fan,' where the personal journeys and fan connections explored here begin to take on broader significance.
