Legoshi's struggle made me sad and it hits heavier than any action scene could. The weight of his internal struggle carries the whole episode. A slower setup but the kind that earns what comes next.

I'm continually impressed with the anime, it's honestly really comforting to watch, and I just love the weight of it, both with the actual characters/models and dialogue/writing itself. There's a lot of space to breathe, and I think that's a huge positive.

Legoshi’s struggle between instinct and his path feels more grounded than ever. Great OST, and the pacing is already high-stakes.

I don't like the flows of the story

Legoshi's struggles are really hitting hard, he's isolating himself and it feels heavy. Haru's barely there and it's kinda weird. Definitely watch, it's setting up for something

This Beastars ep 1 kinda mid, not hitting like when Dragon Ball Z first dropped on Toonami after school, but it's not awful for today's shows 🤷‍♀️

That distinctive cell-shading and moody color palette still giving what it needs to give, but need more frames to judge the final act's visual storytelling arc.

they finally started adapting the 'revenge of the love failure' arc from the manga, guess anime-onlies are in for *some* treat, even if the pacing is already kinda fast 🙄.

Ara ara, Kouhai-chan, Beastars Final Season Part 2 Episode 1-kun was just an intro, kinda mid, but Senpai has high hopes for Legoshi-kun! Notice me when the real drama starts, ne?

beastars s4p2 ep1? where the laughs at man 😒 all drama and no actual comedy gold, pretty neutral on the funny scale for me.

Cannot wait for the wisdom Legoshi will gain from this final arc and who will guide him, peak growth potential! 🥺
