This episode raises the tension by introducing opponents who rely on questionable tactics instead of pure skill. The match builds suspense without revealing everything at once, ending on a strong cliffhanger that makes it difficult not to continue watching. It also reminds viewers that not everyone in competition values fair play. Overall, it's one of the more suspenseful episodes so far.

Every time I hear the ending song, it makes me a little emotional I almost tear up, haha. The battle in this episode was amazing. It was intense, exciting, and really enjoyable to watch. Now I’m even more excited to see Misaki’s next matches against the other players in the tournament.
