EPISODE CONTEXT
Episode 9 marks the official start of the Regional Tournament, a significant escalation from the earlier practice matches and personal conflicts that defined the first third of the series. Misaki's growth from complete beginner through her classmate rivalry in episode 8 now gets tested on a much larger stage. This tournament arc will serve as the backbone for the coming stretch of episodes, establishing the competitive gauntlet Misaki must survive to prove herself among increasingly dangerous opponents.
