Episode Context

Picking up after 'Wandering Hearts' escalated clan tensions to a breaking point, episode 18 forces characters into confrontations where personal bonds collide with wartime obligation, the consequences of which ripple directly into the following episode, 'Conspiracy.' Sitting at the three-quarter mark of 24 episodes, this is deep in Basilisk's endgame territory, where sacrifices accumulate and the surviving cast faces increasingly impossible choices heading into the final stretch.
