EPISODE REVIEWS

I'm surprised that they were able to infiltrate Meideen's group though his tactics are good enough. Now, the interesting part arises!

Meideen's execution is shocking and sets the tone for the rest of the episode. The Abh's philosophy on revenge is genuinely disturbing it shows a side of them that's usually hidden behind their aristocratic demeanor. Lafiel being forced to abandon Jinto is heartbreaking. She's trapped between her duty as an Abriel and her feelings for him. Can't look away, must watch.

Jinto and Lafiel made the right decisions here. Although it was sad to part that way, it was necessary. Especially given their positions, their duties, and most of all, the stakes. Although I'm not too fond of this series with its slow pace when it comes to command, this perhaps may just be one of its best episodes. I guess if I had to handpick an episode to watch, I'd recommend this one the most. Yes, the context is important, and they were all built in the past episodes, but this is pretty much the height of it anyway. This episode will set the pace for curiosity as to what will happen after the decisions they each made. I hope the future eps won't disappoint.
