EPISODE REVIEWS

The first episode is kind of an reintroduction of all the girls and bands. It is very lighthearted and wholesome. Amongst the bands, Roselia is my jam! Their song genre is what I like the most.

In this season, the episode begins with relaxing and wholesome atmosphere. The interesting dynamics between the characters are immediately showcased at the beginning of the episode. The pacing is quite fast and the visual is fine. And this episode is filled with exciting and fun moments.

Well then, hello Bandori, long time no see.... I usually expect idol anime to have such a "generic" joke, BUT THIS- THIS ANIME BROKE ALLAT RULE. No cap, every joke, every interaction between the characters, this is by far the closest adaptation to how girls realistically interact with each other. Ah man, I'd take Bandori over D4DJ any day. D4DJ feels a bit cringey compared to Bandori, even though they share the same concept. I'd definitely recommend watching the first season first for context and relevance. But uhhh... let's just watch Kasumi's journey in her second year. Also getting full performance in the 1st episode really leaving a great impression for us.
