This was genuinely an emotionally satisfying episode, I am so happy that the show spent its time building genuine relationship between each member of the cast because oh boy, each reunion here had me tearing. The pacing moves from one character in crisis to another and distributes the emotional weight among the cast evenly. I am genuinely rooting for Tamaki's future here.

The sadness didn't last long, but I am glad it was handled really well. It didn't drag on for very long and every issue was dealt with care. I think this is good, it means they aren't just pushing through as a one dimensional character. And yes, I could see this coming from a mile away. But that's OK, it was still good.
