The MC is giving everything this episode just to make their work as good as possible. The support from the people around them really shows here too. And the way everything wraps up at the end I honestly didn't know what to say

A very superb episode! Mashiro and Takagi resolve to end their manga sooner was finally decided in this episode. To see the result of their decision in this episode really left me in awe with how much they grow throughout the episodes prior to this one.
