Episode Context

With Baki now established as the underground champion following his return to Japan, this episode marks the midpoint of the season and functions as a structural bridge, consolidating the cast and relationships built so far while pointing toward new confrontations ahead. It follows the momentum of Baki's circuit debut and directly sets up the next episode, 'The Cord-Cutter,' where Baki faces Koushou Shinogi and his lethal Cord-Cut Karate style.
