Episode Context

Coming off the visceral clash between Baki and Gaia, this episode marks a brief but meaningful pivot, pulling back from pure combat momentum to sharpen the personal stakes, particularly around Baki's complicated family ties. Yujiro's provocative actions throughout the episode are not incidental; they are deliberate escalations that position the father-son collision as the season's defining confrontation. Everything here functions as setup, making 'Bite Marks' a crucial bridge heading into what promises to be the series' most consequential match.
