Episode Context

At episode 12 of 13, the season is effectively in its final act. The conflict between Babel II and his longstanding rival Yomi reaches a critical breaking point here, with the stakes pushed to their absolute peak just one episode before the conclusion. Everything that preceded this. Koichi's growth, Yomi's scheming, and the mythology surrounding the Tower of Babel, converges now, making this the essential penultimate chapter that determines the shape of the finale.
