Episode Context

As the Season 2 premiere, 'Beast Titan' transitions directly from the devastating aftermath of Season 1's final battles, reorienting the conflict around entirely new mysteries and threats that will drive the next twelve episodes. It establishes the central tension of the season, that the enemy may be closer and more incomprehensible than anyone imagined, while positioning key members of the 104th Corps at the epicenter of what's coming. Everything introduced here, from Wall secrets to the unnamed intelligent adversary, serves as the foundation for escalating revelations across the season.
