Episode Context

Coming just one episode after Atlas's explosive introduction and initial rampage, this is the immediate payoff to that setup. Astro and Atlas meet head-on for the first time. At episode 7 of 50, the series is still in its foundational phase, and this confrontation plants seeds about Astro's origins and Dr. Tenma's role that will continue to surface throughout the season's larger self-discovery arc.
