Episode Context

Landing at the series' midpoint, this episode follows the more internal, intimate 'Micro Adventure', which kept the focus close to home through Uran, and pivots outward to Metro City-scale threats against robot intelligence. It reinforces the season's recurring tension between human authority and robot rights, a thread that continues to tighten in the episodes ahead as Astro's role as protector grows increasingly complicated.
