EPISODE REVIEWS

Only real plot mover is a small clip in the whole episode, it really dropped the pace for this one. We get a few new characters but it was mostly a slow burn with small tension and not the conflict we've grown use too.

Episode Context

Sitting at the midpoint of a ten-episode season, this episode deepens the cathedral dynamics and Myne's bookmaking innovations that have been escalating since the early episodes, following directly from her interactions with the blue-robed priest in Episode 5. It functions as a character-building bridge, giving Delia meaningful development while laying groundwork for the political and creative stakes that will intensify across the back half of the season. The dual focus on compassion and invention signals that both interpersonal alliances and Myne's technological progress will become critical in the episodes ahead.
