A little bit of a dull episode if I'm being frank, but it establishes how Ars is going to rule over Canarre and all of that stuff, so it's necessary else we'd have millions of questions as viewers. There were a couple of funny moments (mostly curtesy of my sweetie, Joe) and we got to see a proper introduction to two new characters that I can already see playing a major role in the future. We also had an adorably sweet moment between Rosell and Mireille, and I had no idea I liked their dynamic in the way I did until that moment. At least the drama is going to start from next episode, so hopefully no more dull moments for a while.

Mireille getting Lamberk actually made me tear up a bit. Ars trusting her with an entire territory after everything she's done for him felt like such a full circle thing for the both of them

decent premiere but it is basically a checklist of new hires and a moving day. the cliffhanger lands though. eighty thousand is a wild number to drop on episode one
