I think Mari is not a bad witch but I still wonder if she really was because of the paper Ootori saw in the last scene. On another note, adding her to the group will make it more interesting.
This was more of a lighthearted episode, and we didn't see much action. Who knew Otori could be loud too? Mari's presence brought out the louder side of the group. I'm curious about Haunted and what his business is with Mari. Is he really that powerful? I gathered a lot of questions from this episode.
A new character is introduced and the episode mostly focuses on her. We get character development while Takeru tries to befriend her. There is internal conflict between Ootori and Mari. They have a friendship moment then a shocking truth at the end leaves us with a cliffhanger
