This ep is a total reality check and the atmosphere at Green Gables is getting so heavy. We finally get the emotional depth needed to see how Matthew’s failing health is hitting the family, and the financial stakes are getting scary.

Kiyaa! This is peak! That ending scene with a tiny sprout! This gold series played through all kinds of rollercoasters of emotions. The romance has gone through tough times and the pacing was so slow to make it happen. Will definitely go and check the old adaptations, too, to meet the undeniable satisfaction. Became one of my favorites rom - slice-of-life!
