Episode Context

Arriving just past the halfway point at episode 8 of 13, this recap follows the emotionally heavy 'Afterglow of Regret' and offers a structured moment to consolidate the series' thematic threads before the story re-engages. It bridges the reflective weight of the first half with the forward momentum of episode 9, 'Friends,' where the narrative resumes in earnest. Skippable for those prioritizing plot, but it provides tonal grounding heading into the final act.
