The pacing feels so slow here. I was expecting something more since we only get 4 episodes per arc. Nevertheless, Rihoko is so cute having a crush on Tachibana.

At first it felt like the arc would be novel since it's from the girl's view, but this episode split focus and lost momentum; still, Rihoko's earnest clumsiness gives the festival scenes genuine warmth
