group dives into the ocean near the coast to explore a sunken ship As they search they run into illegal salvagers these people are trying to steal artifacts from the ocean floor the group must now fight against them to protect what belongs to history it becomes a struggle between those who want to preserve the past and those who want to profit from it
This episode raises the tension back up fast after the calm of last episode's setup, and the shift works because we're already emotionally invested in the people now in danger. There's a good sense of urgency to the rescue attempt, without the characters acting recklessly just to move the plot forward. The underground exploration segment also adds a fun bit of mystery to what's otherwise a straightforward hostage situation. This was a good ep that keeps the momentum going forward.
This episode brings more adventure while keeping the characters at the center. It is easy to watch and has some enjoyable moments throughout.
