Episode Context

As the first of a two-part standalone special, this episode exists to build the foundation of crisis, introducing Lind, the Angel Eater threat, and the defensive preparations that disrupt the household's peace. It carries the full weight of exposition and tension-setting, designed to escalate into the climactic confrontation promised by the concluding second episode. No prior OVA viewing is strictly required, though familiarity with the core cast and the Goddess power system significantly enriches the experience.
