This episode focuses on Yuko as she helps a sick child overcome his fear of surgery. It's a nice story that adds some characterization to Yuko, but overall it feels like a standalone episode. While it's heartwarming and enjoyable, you could easily skip it without missing anything important to the main plot.

Yeh episode is anime ke usual comedy aur funny moments hai. Isme thode emotional aur heartwarming moments bhi hain, jo story ko aur achha bana dete hain. Animation kaafi decent hai. Pacing thodi slow hai, lekin phir bhi episode shuruaat se end tak kaafi entertaining lagta hai.

An episode full of gastronomy, with striking images full of fan service, with a slow pace, a flashback of Yuuko, and we understand why she doesn't know how to cook, we also see Ikko trying to cope with all the temptation, canon within the story and quite entertaining to watch, very enjoyable with quite a few spicy scenes, comedy and the occasional punch.
