Following the first episode's abrupt supernatural plunge that dragged Norikazu and Midori into a hellish otherworld, this middle chapter deepens the consequences of that initial journey and forces the characters to reckon with what they've experienced. As the second of only three episodes, it carries the heaviest dramatic weight — building tension that the final episode, 'The Miracle Love Potion,' will dramatically pivot away from with a noticeably lighter, more comedic and romantic tone.
