EPISODE REVIEWS

Sawamura’s silence is honestly more worrying than his usual chaos. That guilt settling in makes it feel like his character arc is entering a darker psychological phase.

Episode Context

Positioned at episode 63 of 75, this comes directly after the climax of the West Tokyo Tournament arc, serving as a necessary exhale following that decisive outcome. It functions as a transitional episode, bridging the tournament's emotional peak with whatever challenges await Seidou in the final stretch of the season. By investing in character reflection now, the series is clearly laying the psychological foundation for the remaining twelve episodes.
