This episode had me thinking, "yeah, that's the reason the story follows this guy." The energy is impossible to ignore. T_T

Episode Context

Following Episode 5's introduction of the first-years struggling against Seidou's upperclassmen in the practice match, Episode 6 narrows the focus to Eijun's individual trial on the mound, marking his earliest significant proving ground at the school. This confrontation establishes the competitive dynamics and personal stakes that will define his journey going forward. It directly sets up Episode 7's exploration of pitcher-catcher chemistry, shifting from individual ambition toward the teamwork infrastructure that drives the rest of the season.
