I just felt so bad for Raichi watching him break down like that His errors were tough to see but you could feel his pain

Seeing Sanada's Koshien dream end like that was rough The pain of the third years really hit hard

Man Raichi's error at the end just broke my heart seeing him like that. He tried so hard all game long.

That walk-off error ending the game was a brutal reminder of how quickly dreams can end in this sport

Man I just felt awful for Raichi breaking down after those errors it was absolutely crushing to see him like that

This is a super solid episode for building momentum for the team battles heading into the upcoming rounds!

AAAAAAAAAAH The most painful part is how fast Yakushi’s situation flips. They’re still in it, still fighting… then suddenly they aren’t. That defensive error is what makes this episode stick with you in a bittersweet way

Unlike other dramatic victories in the series, this one feels almost quiet. Ichidaisan doesn’t celebrate loudly, they just outlast Yakushi’s momentum and capitalize on one mistake. :(((((
